|Recommended: YesIt is awesome but cleaning checks are stupid — Cleaning checks are made to steal your money. It should honestly be illegal what they are doing. parking sucks and the king henry sprinklers will cover your car with dirty water on the daily.
|Recommended: YesIt is fun — I would say that it was a super fun social climate. The amenities are very sustainable and great. Have a grill, volleyball court, pool, and basketball court. I would say parking can sometimes be super terrible and not really much you can do if all spots are filled. Besides parking it is honestly pretty great though.

|Recommended: NoParking is terrible. Office staff is beyond rude and not helpful. i have been charged for things that i shouldn’t have had to pay. my roommates have all had similar issues so it’s definitely not just a me thing.
|Recommended: YesI payed for what I got. — Its Cheaper then it alot of other places ive been and has alot of gatherings. Like every week. Even during the pandemic. Rooms are nice, living space is comfortable. Its home sweet home.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments As long as you don't mind unnecessary payments — The apartment is really nice, and I don't have many issues with it. However, I have been charged a few times just within my first month by King Henry for things I did not think I would have to pay for, and for mistakes made by their cleaning people. Honestly, it's pretty ridiculous. But if random and unnecessary payments don't bother you, it's fine.

|Recommended: YesGreat for Fun — It’s a great place to find new people to hang out with. Plenty to do, but parking is the toughest I’ve seen anywwhere. Be careful leaving your parking spot after 10 PM because it will most likely be taken. Parking anywhere outside King Henry is also diasppointing. The parties and sports outside can get hectic, but ig you’re a party guy, you’ll enjoy it just fine.
|Recommended: NoGood, but could be better — King Henry is really social and fun, but the quality of the actual apartments is lower than what I was expecting for the price. The apartment was also a mess when I moved in.
|Recommended: NoApartments are fine, parking isn't and they'll get you on the cleaning checks. — The apartments are fine, just about the level you'd expect from any Provo housing - likely higher tier for the price, honestly. The most annoying things here, though, are as follows
1. Parking is a lottery - if you find yourself coming back home anytime Sunday or after 5 in the afternoon, you can kiss your parking spots goodbye.
2. They will do everything they can to rake a couple dollars off you for the cleaning checks. The person that did mine showed up a week after the check was scheduled and charged us for the cleaning costs - for a week of mess. It's only a couple dollars, but gets annoying after a couple months.
3. The apartment complex has absolutely no responsibility with regards to COVID. Daily, you can expect large gatherings of 50 people, sharing hot tubs, pools, firepits and volleyball courts, and you can bet your roommates will be going there. If you're a sane person in the time of COVID, King Henry is probably not the place for you.
All that said, it's a reasonable place to live.
|Recommended: YesNice place — It is really fun. I like the people who live here and it is a good place to live. The only down side is the parking availability. sometimes it is hard to get a spot.
|Recommended: YesLots of Fun — I really like living in King Henry The apartments aren't the most modern or updated but the amenities provided are fantastic and it is such a great social environment for any college student
|Recommended: YesStellar — The parking spots are very skinny, and the apartments are a little old, but all around it is a great place to live The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. The clubhouse is nice and the community is great I love living here
