|Recommended: YesFun Place to live — King Henry is extremely social I've met so many new people in the short time I've been here The only problem with that is there is almost no parking ever.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live Great, family staff — Very social Lots of people to meet, great ward, lots of things to do around the area. Apartments are nice, modern and the appliances work great
|Recommended: YesFun, friendly, and fashionable — King Henry Apartments is a great place to study, to make friends, and to relax. There is never a dull moment and there is always something fun going on. The staff is amazing, very kind, and fun to be around. Overall a great place to live
|Recommended: YesIt is very cozy and gives a friendly feeling. — I really enjoy living here, it is the perfect size for me and my roommate and the staff is amazing. The price is perfect and the neighbors are really kind. I would definitely live here again.
|Recommended: Yes4 person apartment, open floor plan, nice amenities, old but social — The four person apartments are great They have a really nice open floor plan. It's in a great location, close to other apartment complexes, and the Ryde bus is great to get to campus. King Henry is a pretty social place. There are usually people playing volleyball even though right now they should be wearing masks because there are way too many people out there . The pool and hot tub are nice, and the fire pit is great. Although the gym in the club house should open earlier around 5am or at the latest 6am , so that we can use it before classes. The rent and laundry are also pretty pricy, so that would be great if they lowered the price of rent and laundry a bit.
|Recommended: NoKing Henry — I like living here but there was multiple things that were not fixed when I moved in. I have submitted multiple work orders which they have tended to. I really do think they are trying but a refund should have been issued for the way the apartment was when we moved in.

|Recommended: YesThe apartment im staying in is nice and very spacious. It's not too loud in the area even thiugh almost every night there's social gatherings outside. The gym is a bit small, but there's more options in the area if the provided gym doesn't have enough.
|Recommended: YesI have been here for 4 days and have already made so many friends My roomies are my newest besties and everyone thinks we’ve known eachother for years I love it We all hang out outside every day it’s amazing Parking is rough, but we turned it into a game and love it Can’t wait to see what the future holds
|Recommended: YesPleasant — I love King Henry and the community here. I've met a lot of great people here and lots of new friends. The few times i've gone to the office about questions, one of the staff seemed pretty offended at my questions and confused. This gave me a lot of stress and anxiety. Other than that, a great community and great apartment
|Recommended: NoIt's alright — I moved in for a little bit during the summer of 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic and as far as social wise- King Henry apartments was a ton of fun. The pool, the gym, and grounds were gorgeous and if you like volleyball or spike ball you would have a ton of fun. Honestly, that's as far as my complimenting can go.... it was really hard to get ahold of office staff and communicating with them over the phone was a nightmare, and the apartments themselves aren't super nice and would be a little cramped if all of the rooms had been filled to capacity. Living here during the summer has been a lot of fun, but I think it would be really hard to live here during the fall or winter. I recognize that some of the problems I have experienced with King Henry may be due to COVID-19 and the Pandemic, but I still feel like with everything going on things could have been handled better. The people here are great, but King Henry itself..... well, it's alright.
