King Henry’s signature amenity is its
acres
(no kidding!) of lawns, gardens, and sports fields. There’s no
other complex in town that can match King Henry’s park-like setting
or its location, nestled at the foot of “Y” Mountain. Once
you’ve experienced our expansive, relaxing grounds, you’ll see why
our residents return year after year!
Year Round Hot Tub
Whether you’re relaxing under the summer stars or unwinding after a hard day of skiing or boarding, King Henry’s huge hot tub is the place to be! It’s the perfect spot for meeting old friends or getting to know some new ones!
Huge Pool and Clubhouse
King Henry’s beautiful pool and clubhouse were designed for lots of
people to have lots of fun! Our large pool and patio area has
plenty of room for swimming laps, playing a game of water
basketball, or just soaking up the sun. The clubhouse
features a lovely gathering area in our great room, where you’ll
enjoy a fireplace, piano, comfortable seating, and access to the
warming kitchen. Upstairs you’ll find the game room, fitness
center, computer lab, and study rooms.
Clean and Convenient Laundry Facilities
Many of our apartment homes include a washer and dryer in the unit. For those who have chosen a unit without this feature, we are pleased to provide a state-of-the-art laundry facility in the Clubhouse. Toss a load into one of the front-loading, large capacity washers and dryers and then catch up on your favorite show or take a dip in the pool. You can even get a text letting you know when your load has finished! We’ve taken the dread out of laundry day by including both debit/credit card or coin access, online machine availability tracking, and a clean, well-maintained facility (sorry, Mom’s laundry help not included!).

Play, or just listen. Sing along with
friends. Practice for your next performance. It’s here for
you.
Fitness Center
King Henry is proud to provide our valued residents with access to
commercial-quality exercise equipment in our fitness center.
Enjoy the view over the pool while you run on the treadmills
(each with a individually controlled TV and fan), or try out the
ellipticals, bikes, and weights. No need to budget for a gym
membership when you live at King Henry!
Sand Volleyball
Nothing says summer like a game of volleyball on our full-sized, lighted sand court right next to the pool and BBQ/patio area. Grab some friends and come play!
Computer Lab
No standing in line on campus to print a paper or work on research.
You’ll find complimentary access to desktop work stations and
a printer in our convenient Clubhouse Computer
Lab.
