The office is open Monday - Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For your convenience, we offer extended hours on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays and closed Sunday.

The clubhouse is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Monday through Friday,  Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.  There is a grace period until the 5th at 5:30 p.m. After this time, a late fee of $40.00 will be applied to your account to cover extra administrative costs.

Rent can be paid conveniently online with an e-check, or credit card (fees apply), or you can drop off a check or money order at the office. If you would like to pay with a check or money order and can't make it in during office hours, there is a secure rent drop box located outside the clubhouse.

To park in the King Henry parking lot, you must have a current King Henry parking sticker. If you get a new car, please keep the old sticker and bring it in the office and we will give you a new sticker. You may receive a temporary parking pass if you are using a different vehicle. Guests are invited to park along 450 N. and on Seven Peaks Blvd - be sure to follow Provo city parking regulations. You must park in the lines. Please do not remove your sticker and place it in another vehicle.

Packages are left in different places, depending on the carrier:

• For USPS (Post Office) - your package may be left in your mailbox, if small enough. If it is not small enough to fit in your mail box, there are parcel lockers located next to the mailboxes that you package will be put in. The mail carrier will then place the key to the locker in your mail box. Please leave the key in the door to the locker once you have retrieved your package.
• For UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.- they will take it to your apartment door. If someone is home they will leave it with them. If no one is home they will either leave it on your doorstep or try again later.
• NO PACKAGES ARE ACCEPTED AT THE OFFICE FOR ANY REASON!

The RA’s are available any time that the office is closed. Their phone number is (801) 361-4605. They are located in either Apartments #72 or #74.  If you have an after-hours emergency, just give them a call!

The washers are $1.50, and the dryers are $1.00.
