|Recommended: YesComfortable and practical college apartment. Very reasonable. — King Henry is a great option for off-campus housing. The shuttle is very convenient and the amenities are in great condition. Very fun atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is a fun social apartment complex — King Henry is really nice and has great amenities like the firepit, pool hot tub, a big field, gym, etc. The biggest downside is that they hand out WAY more parking passes than spots available that it's almost impossible to find parking late at night. It's also annoying when not all of the amenities are available and we are still charged the same amount of rent. Overall, it's a great place though with fun wards and nice apartments. There's a shuttle to BYU campus which is convenient.

|Recommended: YesPeople are friendly, landscaped very nice, and fun — I really enjoy living here. Even though we can't do much because of Covid, the office does their best to make it fun, and I really love my roommates and my ward. I have enjoyed living in such a pretty area, and I appreciate how well the maintenance is performed, and how nice the property is landscaped. The only thing that I am kind of sad about is that I don't have a desk in my room, but I knew that going in, so it's fine.

|Recommended: YesSocial but really old apartments, very dusty. — I love the people and the living space isn't terrible. I wish I would have known how small it would be considering that only a bunkbed allows a desk and dresser. It is also pretty old and the walls are thin. But it isn't that bad and I love how there is so much grass everywhere.

|Recommended: YesLiving at King Henry Apartments — I enjoyed living at King Henry I felt like the quality of your apartment was expected with the cost of the apartment. King Henry is a very social apartment complex which was great, but also not great for trying to go to bed early. Parking was the biggest problem with King Henry It is hard to find a parking spot past 10 30 pm. They have great services gym, computers, washing drying machines, etc. The only thing I wished could have been different with the ammedities, was that the gym was open earlier than 9 am

I think my main complaint would be the internet. They make you pay for their internet and then half the time it doesn't work. I guess that might depend on where you live, but it's really annoying to be in the middle of an online class and have Zoom stop working because your internet cut out. Especially if it's not recorded and you have to write a four page paper on the presentation being given. So keep in mind that you might have to buy a router or something if you want reliable internet, but you'll still have to pay a monthly internet fee to King Henry.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live — King Henry is the perfect place to meet new friends. It has a variety of amenities that provides a good atmosphere to meet people and have fun. I came in without knowing anyone, and have loved it here I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good social environment. The staff is also super nice and we have received help quickly and efficiently whenever we have needs.
