|Recommended: YesI love the complex and the view of the mountains. — I love it here. The staff is supper friendly, there is an activity almost every month to meet new people, and the apartments have a ton of storage space. My only issue is with parking. I feel as if there is not adequate parking.
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is Awesome — I love the social aspect of King Henry, people are very friendly here. I love the landscape, gym, clubhouse, etc. Its all super helpful and awesome Only downside however is that there is never enough parking- kinda frustrating to pay for parking and never actually being able to park it on property. Another plus management is extremely helpful and kind.
|Recommended: YesIt's good — Don't expect to park even if you pay
|Recommended: YesI think it's great — I would tell them it's super social and open, everyone is so nice, and I'd love for them to come live there.
|Recommended: YesVery social, friendly, and fun — Definitely not the best Condition. Buildings and Fixtures are very old. Frankly, the best part about king henry is the social experience. Everyone is friendly and ready to have a good time.
|Recommended: YesGood apt, little expensive with no parking — It’s a fun social environment, it’s a little expensive for what you get.
|Recommended: YesIt’s good, looks kinda old but still nice — I love living here, it’s super fun and social
|Recommended: YesGreat environment — Great environment. Maintenance takes a while, but other than that it’s a great place to live
|Recommended: YesI love living at King Henry — I have really enjoyed my time here The apartments and amenities are great and it's very well-priced. It is also a very social and fun complex.
|Recommended: YesThe property is comfortable and convenient — It is a cozy, laidback, and social environment.
|Recommended: YesGreat place overall — Parking is very limited but overall a nice apt to live in.
|Recommended: YesA Place to Start — I am glad I chose to live at King Henry my very first year of college because it is very social and in an ideal location. Some of the buildings are newer than others so make sure you know what house you are wanting. I would say that the biggest downfall is the parking. I hardly ever leave the house late because I am scared I will lose my spot. So compared to other places if parking is important to you do not live here.
|Recommended: YesVery social hotspot — It’s VERY social, especially in a pandemic...
|Recommended: YesFun place, but old buildings — It is a social place that doesn't cost too much, but the rooms are very small and the buildings are old.
|Recommended: NoExpectation was too high for the reality — You think it is going to be awesome but in reality it is just like any other apartment complex.
