|Recommended: YesExpensive but Nice — Its fun but we are charged for a lot.
|Recommended: YesIt's pretty good. — I'd say that it's a nice place to live. The wards are great and the atmosphere is so fun.
|Recommended: NoMore hyped up than it actually is. — So King Henry is like all Provo housing where the pictures you see are only the things that were newly renovated . Very disappointed with the staff at KH because when I moved in there was still trash and cleaning check inspection forms that were failed all over the apartment. Apparently the carpets had been cleaned a few days before we moved in but as I walk around the carpet turns my feet turn black. Not a nice feature. Also horrible place to have a car because the parking spots are extremely tight and no matter what your car will get door dings because you can't get out of your car without opening the door into the car next to you. I don't know why I have to pay 60 for my car to decrease in value from sitting in a parking lot when it keeps getting hit. Another downfall is the wifi that is mandatory to pay 20 a month for, doesn't even work in my apartment and doesn't reach my bedroom. I feel like that should be optional to pay for because I'm wasting money paying for it. But the upside is the social life is good, and the shuttle from BYU to KH is the best thing there. Always on time and gets you to campus in 5 minutes
|Recommended: YesFriendly Environment for College Students — It's a very social atmosphere where other college students can build their relationships whether that be at UVU or BYU here at King Henry. Everyone knows everyone and it's very easy to make friends and there are always people to get to know.
|Recommended: YesVisually appealing and well kept — Everyone is so friendly and there is always something to do. The clubhouse makes everything so convenient such as providing a quiet place to study, a place to work out, a place to print homework, a place to do laundry, and even to cook if your roommates have already claimed the kitchen. The sand volleyball court, fire pit, and pool provide easy and fun ways to spend time with friends and get to know other people in the complex.
|Recommended: YesKing Henry spring summer — I enjoyed living here. The only complaint I had was how many spiders were in our apartment. We were very clean but would still find them everywhere
|Recommended: YesKing Henry — The staff at King Henry is great to work with and I appreciate their friendly and responsible customer service., particularly Dee at the front desk and the maintenance guys. They really came through for us when we needed them. I have two sons living at king Henry and they are enjoying the amenities and spacious kitchen and living room. I highly recommend King Henry for off campus housing.
|Recommended: YesVery nice. — It's very nice and a little pricy, but worth it.
|Recommended: YesGreat place but rent was a hassle — The wards are awesome, people are awesome, apartment are pretty great for what your paying. I had A LOT of trouble with paying rent though. Every time I went to pay the rent would be 600 when it was supposed to be 200. I had to call the office continually. Although the staff is awesome and nice, it is very disorganized and stressful to fix the problem. Overall I do recommend.
|Recommended: YesIt is a decent apartment and it was a reasonable price in the summertime. — The apartment was in fairly good shape compared to most other apartments in provo. I wish that there were more renovations done to fix up the apartment and make them look more up-to date but I can't complain too much because I got a good deal on them in the summer.
|Recommended: YesIt is just a really good place to live. — It is chill. No problems. You just get to live your life.
|Recommended: YesIt is a fun social environment, but quite pricey for not being up to date — It is a really fun place to live. There are a lot of things going on. The rooms are a little small and outdated and the parking is terrible for the rent you pay every month
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is so much fun — I love King Henry So social and fun, and the staff is nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that the trees drop sap all over my car, so I have to park far away. Overall a great experience You pay for what you get, so the cheaper apartments aren't as nice as the higher priced ones, but they are still nice for how cheap they are which I love
|Recommended: YesNo complaints — Apartment complex is nice, facilities are pretty well maintained. Parking isn't a huge issue during the summer, but I have heard that it can be pretty hectic during fall and winter. Apartment could use a little repainting, but overall I feel very satisfied with how I've been treated here.
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is a fun, social place to live — The living room and kitchen in King Henry's 6 person apartments are pretty spacious and clean The 4 person and 2 person are TINY but also nice. I love that they have a pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, field, and exercise equipment. The ward I have been in for 2 years is super nice. Maintenance comes and fixes things usually the same day, even if it is a low priority request. People can be kind of loud at night, if you are trying to get to bed at a decent time. The managers are really nice, I have become friends with a lot of the staff and RAs.
