submitted by Bailey H. - |Recommended: YesReally well taken care of and kind Management. — It's really a fun place to be with pretty high quality apartments.
submitted by Asher H. - |Recommended: YesI really enjoyed it — That it was a great place to live, and that I wished that I could have stayed longer
submitted by Sterling R. - |Recommended: YesGood, social place, but can be troublesome at times — I have loved living at king henry so far It's a great place to meet new people, and there is always something going on, whether it's a pick-up volleyball game, or a party at someones apartment. The only thing that has bothered me has been the staff here. Just trying to get a spring summer contract was way too hard, and I got various calls trying to clarify information that was very clearly filled out in my application. It gets a bit annoying trying to get anything figured out with them, but luckily things worked out and I don't have to interact with them very often anymore. Other than that, it's a good college place to live

submitted by Colby B. - |Recommended: YesManagement needs to get it together — I have a charge on my account that has been there forever and have called in so many times to fix it but it hasn’t been fixed yet
submitted by Amber L. - |Recommended: YesExpensive prices for average apartments, but great community of people — Overall King Henry has been great. Both my fiance and I's wards were wonderful and the people here in general are the best. The grounds are beautiful and its really nice to know that there are a lot of nice areas to spend time here. My only issue is that the price for apartments don't at all reflect the quality. They are a lot for how outdated they are. I have noticed that there are nicer and newer apartments for around the same price, but you definitely aren't getting the same outdoor experience at other apartments so there is something to be said about that.
submitted by Jacob S. - |Recommended: YesCan't complain — Um, it's pretty nice when you consider the price of living here, but also that's something you have to keep in mind. The stuff in the apartment seems to break a lot, but the maintenance guys are pretty quick and friendly.
submitted by Preston K. - |Recommended: YesGood but dated and over priced. — King Henry is a really nice place to live but mainly only due to the environment. The apartments themselves are outdated and overpriced. Always seems like every couple month there is a special charge for something new. Free Google fiber is available but King Henry decided to put their own internet in which is mediocre at best. Then decided to charge every month for it. Overall it is a nice place to live but a lot of people have left due to the random monthly charges and outdated apartments.

The apartments themselves are pretty good, though I wish they'd do more regular maintenance on the appliances. We had a toilet link and a broken sink while I was here, each appliance looked VERY old. However, the maintenance staff fixed each appliance the day we called it in, and they completely replaced our toilet with a brand new one. The walls are a bit thin and it's easy to hear people outside the buildings and on the other floors, but that's to be expected from a decently priced apartment. Overall, although the buildings are a little rough around the edges, the staff make up for it by being friendly and prompt. Aside from the buildings themselves, the complex is a fun place to live, with a clean pool and hot tub, and a well-maintained basketball court and sand volleyball court, along with free grills and firepits for those cold winters. The staff also send out a weekly news letter keeping everyone up to date about office hours, rent due dates, and monthly activities, which are always fun and well planned. I've enjoyed living here so far and plan to stay here for a while.

submitted by Benjamin S. - |Recommended: YesChange Your Website - More Resident Friendly — This review is specifically for your website. It looks nice, but it's not super intuitive for current residents. Specifically, logging in is a pain. I have to click residents - then Pay Rent or Maintenance in order to login. I spend too long looking for where I need to login to do other things besides pay rent. Another part that is hard is once you're at the login page, the first thing it suggests is to make an account. For current residents who click login perhaps, trying to pay rent , they don't need to see this first. Also, I'm not just going to tell you what to improve and not offer help. Email me at beswat14 gmail.com. I could help fix this for you. On a side note, management is super helpful and gets things done for you
submitted by Tallie M. - |Recommended: YesIt's a friendly, well-kept apartment complex — The community that King Henry provides is very friendly and open. The whole complex is filled with college students who are always looking for an activity to be involved in outside of their apartment. The parking is inconvenient and slightly unfair, and the driving quality safety is limited because of it. Other than that everything else is pretty reasonable. The apartment furnishings are nice and King Henry maintains an atmosphere of safety and kindness. Some of the fees are a little uncalled for and can lead to large expenses but following the strict rules helps out with that issue.
submitted by Garret C. - |Recommended: YesOverall best social apartment complex — The social atmosphere of King Henry is great, whereas the parking, and construction of the units is somewhat lacking. Great place to live if that doesn't bother you too much.
submitted by Angela W. - |Recommended: YesIts ok — I would tell them to come but it can be a bit expensive.
submitted by Ashley P. - |Recommended: YesIt's old, but a great temporary place to live while in college. — It's not very roomy or clean, but you get what you pay for. It's not too expensive which is great and the ward is so social.
