|Recommended: YesNice property outside, inside needs work — Super social, so fun. I think the housing kitchen needs to be updated. Nice facilities other than the apartment itself.
|Recommended: NoGood Place to Live, But not For Me. — This community is a PARTY place. I work long hours and like to be in bed going to sleep by about 9 30-10 00. Both my roommates and neighbors other people, like to stay up VERY late like 3 AM having some sort of party either in the apartment or outside in the public area. I'm sure if I wasn't such a sleepy person I would love it, but it can be a struggle with my lifestyle right now.
Overall, King Henry was not at all what I expected, but I feel like there are many people who would love to live here.

|Recommended: YesThe property is great, I like it. — It is a party. People are always outside playing volleyball or swimming. You will for sure have a good time. It is also pretty great housing as well. Sometimes the rooms can be small but they are still great. I would highly recommend it to someone who is wanting the full collage experience, and wants to meet a lot of people.
