|Recommended: YesPretth good overall — It's super social and the apartaments themselves are average. We can definitely hear everything the people above us do but other than that it's a great place. The shuttle system to BYU campus is a huge plus as well.

It is very easy to make friends here This student ward is the best one I have ever been in. The type of people that live in King Henry are very outgoing and inclusive.

|Recommended: YesGreat Housing, Great Management — I love the management Tate and Jansen at King Henry Apartments They are so kind and so caring with everyone they come in contact with. If you have any questions or concerns you can absolutely go to them and they will take care of you. I have been to many different apartments and housing complexes in Provo and this is one of the best for sure. Their apartments are clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and full of amenities, such as hot tubs, volleyball court, and much more There's countless housing options in Provo, but King Henry is the way to go
|Recommended: YesFavorite Apartments — King Henry Apartments is a great place I honestly don’t think that I could ask for a better place while living in Provo for school. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere and I love the courtyard area which has a nice park feel to it with a nice open field, lot of trees, a beach volleyball court, multiple stone gas fireplaces, and a cool outdoor pool. The whole place is super social and that’s what I love most about it. Every night there’s always something to do and people to meet from playing beach volleyball with all your neighbors to just hanging out around the open fire pits. However, the living quarters aren’t the best you’ll ever see and some apartments are kind of old, but for the most part they’re doing a good job renewing most of them and even the older ones are still great places to live in my opinion. Would highly recommend. For the rather cheap monthly rent it’s a steal of a deal with its great social aspect tied to it and cozy living

|Recommended: YesGreat expect the parking — Honestly, it’s a great place to live The people are super friendly and there is always something going on if you want to go and if you don’t then it’s not going to affect you. Maintenance has been great and the quality of the apartment is awesome However, the parking SUCKS If you get back to the apartment around 5pm good luck finding a parking spot. That’s is unless you are a rich college student so no one and can pay 60 dollars a month for a reserved spots.....
|Recommended: YesSuper fun and friendly environment — This is my first time living in an apartment and I think it's a wonderful place. When others come to visit they comment on how nice our apartments are here, and I would agree. I don't have a car so I don't have to worry much about the parking but most of my roommates do and it's difficult to find parking at night. The environment here is super fun and friendly. Sometimes you can here noise at night but it's never been too bothersome.

|Recommended: NoGreat place to live, staff slow to respond, bad cleaning checks — King Henry is great and I have enjoyed my time here a lot. The rent is a decent price compared to other options in the area, the grounds are nice, the location is convenient. The only real complaint that I have is regarding the staff and the cleaning checks. The staff is hard to get a hold of unless you have the time to go down to the office in person and talk to them which is hard to do with a full time job and or school . The cleaning checks can also be a little ridiculous. It kinda seems like they want to milk as much money as possible from you for the littlest of things.
