|Recommended: YesIs great in some things, lacking in others. — It’s a great time living here. That said, internet is expensive and sub-par for one. I paid less for speeds 2x as fast in my last apartment. Parking is also a nightmare after dark. I just know to never drive anywhere after 9 for fear of losing my spot and not finding another. The hot tub is WAY too hot. Set it between 100 and 102 degrees. Also, you could really stand out from the rest of Provo housing if you lowered rent. Just imagine the PR you’d get if you lowered the rent even 10 month and sent out new contracts to all your current residents. I don’t think anyone else in Provo is. And finally, the laundry machines eat my money. Several times I’ve had to pay multiple times or switch machines in a single trip to get my laundry done. That all said, it is a great place.

|Recommended: YesThe property is fine. — Maybe find another place if you want a parking spot. The people are great and it is really fun, but the parking is very annoying and is honestly a deal breaker if you have a car.

|Recommended: YesMy best experience in King henry so far was a big potluck that was arranged around a fire for anyone to come in. The environment is always welcoming, with bright smiles and big respect. The fun is out of the roof, with parties, movies, and some study groups for school and church to help each other in the king henry community. Great place to live, and socialize.
|Recommended: YesSOCIALLY Ordered, otherwise questionable — Very social, with the potential to be the best time if you make it that. Some of the rooms are a bit cramped the desk that is supposed to be in my bedroom is in the living room because it will not fit with two beds in the room .
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is Great — I really like King Henry The only complaint I have is about the parking. There aren't enough parking spots, so they fill up quickly.
