|Recommended: YesGreat — It is an awesome environment for a great social experience and the apartments' layouts are fantastic I have met my best friends here and I plan on staying here for as long as I can. There is always something to do and management and maintenance are always kind and get things fixed in a timely manner.
|Recommended: YesKH is where it's at — I love this place. I've lived here a year now, and just signed again. I'm stoked about it. Wards are great, the social scene rocks, and it's not to far from campus.
|Recommended: YesGreat layout, Love the field and volleyball court — Its an amazing place with a great apartment and living space. Super fun place.
|Recommended: NoMediocre at best. — I was lucky enough to have really great roommates, but the parking situation was always terrible and we can always hear our neighbors through the walls. People would consistently park over the lines in the undersized parking spaces provided and make it impossible for anyone to park next to them and that was only if you could find parking in the first place. Upstairs they must always be having some kind of elephant wrestling match, and next door they are always yelling profanities and listening to the worst possible remixes of all time. We were charged 25 for a window screen that had been previously broken since nobody thinks to check the window screens at the beginning of the year to make sure they're undamaged. The staff is always really nice and helpful though, but to be honest for what I paid here I might as well have just lived at Roman Gardens or somewhere cheaper - it would have been a similar experience at a much better price.
|Recommended: YesKing Henry is a well suitable college apartment. — King Henry is a very social, and entertaining apartment to live at. There are always fun activities going on throughout the week, and so many great opportunities to meet people.
|Recommended: NoOverpriced — Overpriced for the services that we are receiving. Parking especially is a problem. Too many passes has been sold, making it impossible to find a spot after around 10 at night, creating a figurative curfew. The towing is overly aggressive to the residents who live here, who already have to pay more than they should for this service.
|Recommended: YesI find it very easy going and there is always something to do. — I would tell them it's really fun and convenient.
|Recommended: YesIt's a nice place to live and everything functions well in the apartment — It's very nice, the office managers are helpful, and there are great activities and amenities. My favorite parts are the hot tub and personal washer dryer.
However parking is terrible because the spaces are so small and many people park on the line and I'm not able to park my own car there and it'll be especially hard with all the snow
