Resident Reviews

submitted by Gabriela P. - |Recommended: YesGood — it is good and cheap
submitted by Joel S. - |Recommended: NoOkay, but horrendous internet — It's really nice, especially if you get the private rooms, but the internet is garbage and they charge each person 20 a month for it. That's more expensive than Google Fiber.
submitted by Madison H. - |Recommended: YesI like it. — It's very social and fun
submitted by Miranda U. - |Recommended: YesOpen, inviting, clean, social, and convenient. — I love King Henry. It's a very social place to live. I have a great ward and amazing roommates, and the staff is very kind and timely in their dealing with issues. I love having my own room 6-bedroom private rooms , and I like the closeness to BYU campus, drive-thru restaurants, and the gym. I wish there were more lampposts on the street, however, because it can get very dark.
submitted by Allie B. - |Recommended: YesAn OK experience — I would tell them that it is great as long as they dont mind not having a parking spot and having intense cleaning checks at the most inconvenient times. I would also say that the activities were amazing and well organized, the social aspect was incredible, and the ward was AMAZING.

submitted by Michael T. - |Recommended: YesGreat place, needs to improve parking situation. — It is a great enviroment, however the parking situation is a mess.
submitted by Jacquelyn S. - |Recommended: YesLove EVERYTHING...minus the parking situation. — King Henry is great. So many social people around with plenty of things to do like volleyball, swim, fire pit..etc. Bedrooms are small but hey it's college and it's nice to have your own space. Kitchen is usable, and living room is big enough to hang there. I've seen though that each apt looks pretty different, so make sure you tour the type of apt you are planning on getting. King Henry is a GREAT place to be...but there is NO PARKING
submitted by Kalene G. - |Recommended: NoOkay place but aggravating — The rooms in the apartment are all different sizes. I ended up in the smallest room which can barely fit the two beds and a dress and yet I pay the same price as the girls living in the room next to me which is almost twice as large. I'm on the first floor and the floors above us are squeaky so we hear them whenever they're walking around. They are 6 girls in this apartment and yet one bathroom to be shared. You have to pay 60 if you want to park here but you aren't guaranteed a parking spot. Plus, the cleaning check lady is a Nazi. I've lived in BYU approved housing for 3 years now and she's way worse then any other I've had to deal with. But the rest of the staff are very helpful and the wards are great. I know a lot of people who have moved away for the reasons I've listed but have moved back because they missed the wards. It all depends on where you're priorities lie.
submitted by Jacob N. - |Recommended: YesWell maintained, good place to live — Pretty good place to live, very social. More expensive then I was expecting. The place I'm living in was advertised as about 300 a month, but I end up paying 340 a month with the extra fees and utilities. Other than that, great place to live Lots of open lawn, which I enjoy.
submitted by Paul A. - |Recommended: NoYour fees are stupid. — 4 Convergence fee every month I lived at Centennial and they had a one-time setup fee for the bills, because it's a one-time setup... So either you guys are using an inefficient method of paying utility bills and doing it manually every month, or you're scalping your residents for fees. Either way management needs to improve. If you need that money so badly then include it in the rent. Redstone Residential didn't charge us a 2 convenience fee for e-checks either. No way an ACH transfer costs that much. Cut it out.
