King Henry's signature amenity is its acres (no kidding) of lawns, gardens, and sports fields. Others may feature a green patch here and there between concrete buildings and parking lots, but living at King Henry is like living in a park.

King Henry's beautiful heated pool and clubhouse were designed for lots of people to have lots of fun. Our pool is huge and has plenty of room for laps, games, lounging, and soaking up the sun.

For those without in-apartment washers and dryers, King Henry provides a bright, well maintained, state of the art technology laundry facility in the Clubhouse. Included are large capacity washers and dryers with easy pay solutions.

No postage stamp court here, but a full size lighted sand court right next to the pool and BBQ/firepit/patio area. Volleyball doesn't get any better than at King Henry.

Gym membership not required when you live at King Henry. Our fitness center overlooking the pool and sports fields features treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights, individual TVs, and individual fans.

Warm up on a blustery winter day in front of King Henry's inviting fireplace, or just unwind with friends enjoying the flickering flames. For more excitement, switch on your favorite game or movie, or plug in your Xbox or Wii.

King Henry provides two beautiful stone firepits with surrounding seating and patios. Just the place to enjoy the stars and make new friends.

Whether relaxing under summer stars or soothing sore muscles in steamy bubbles after a day skiing or boarding, King Henry's large hot tub is the place to be. Perfect for meeting old or making new friends. Enjoy!
