IMPORTANT!! To start your application, select the desired Application Type for your Lease Year and create an account below. You will be able to save your progress which will enable you to come back anytime to check on the status of your application. You will need the student's social security number and BYU Net ID. A guarantor (co-signer) is required for all applicants. The phone number and email address for the guarantor's account can not be the same as the ones used for the primary's. The application is completed once BOTH the primary and the guarantor has signed. Applications will be prioritized as a first come first serve on completed status. No payment is due to apply. Payment will be due after a lease has been sent and signed.
