ON-LINE PAYMENTS

ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR YOUR KING HENRY APARTMENTS RESIDENT ACCOUNT

In response to many requests by King Henry Residents, we have arranged for those who desire to make rent and other payments "on-line" by utilizing the services of Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN). After registering with PSN, Residents will be able to view their account on-line and to make payments utilizing credit or debit cards. King Henry Apartments makes this optional service available solely as a convenience to Residents. PSN will require a small "convenience" fee for utilizing its services in connection with each payment made.

Payment Service Network, Inc. is an independent company, not affiliated with King Henry Apartments, except that King Henry Apartments has agreed with PSN to receive payments made to PSN by King Henry Apartments Residents to be applied on their King Henry Apartments account. King Henry Apartments assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the use of PSN services by King Henry Residents and each Resident, by using PSN or the link to their services, agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold King Henry Apartments harmless from any and all losses or claims in connection with such use.
