OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

1) WE'LL FIX IT FAST:	Our standard is simple - "EVERYTHING FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS, IF NOT THE SAME DAY!" The only exception is when we must special order parts, or if the problem occurs on a weekend or holiday and is not of a critical nature.
2) WE'LL FIX IT RIGHT:	Our standard is simple - "FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS!"
3) WE'LL BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.	We're professionals. Our job is to maintain King Henry and your apartment in TOP CONDITION, to help you have a home to be proud of, and to help make your stay at King Henry an outstanding experience.

GET IT FIXED FAST!

WE WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR APARTMENT IN TOP CONDITION, BUT NEED YOUR HELP! If we don't know there's a problem, we can't fix it. So, if anything in your apartment isn't just right, let us know right now so we can get it fixed pronto. Use one of the following methods for all "non-emergency" needs:

1- CLICK on the "REPAIRS" link to the left; or

2- Call our Maintenance Hot Line (801) 370-2493 and speak with a maintenance team member, or if you hear a prompt to leave a message, leave us a DETAILED message; or

3- Leave a detailed written message in the "Maintenance Request" drop box on the door of our maintenance shop in the northwest corner of the King Henry complex; or

4- Notify the office in the Clubhouse, during regular office hours, either in person or by phone (801) 370-2400.

1. FOR POLICE, FIRE, MEDICAL: CALL 911

2. FOR MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES:

a- During Business Hours: CALL (801) 370-2493.
