Here are some ways to notify us:
- Fill out the form below
- Call our Maintenance Hot Line (801) 370-2493 If needed, please leave a DETAILED message.
- Leave a detailed written message in the "Maintenance Request" drop box on the door of our maintenance shop in the northwest corner of the King Henry complex
- Notify the Office in the Clubhouse, during regular office hours, in person or by phone 370-2400

The only exception is for special order parts, or if it'is not of a critical nature on a weekend or holiday.
